FLXT is intended to rebuild strength in the torso.
We designed FLXT to stretch the chest (pectoralis major), middle back (latissimus dorsi), and in between the shoulders (rhomboids). Stretching with FLXT will help flexibility and recovery of those target muscles.

How to use for pectoralis major

Before using, gently warm up your muscles by slowly rolling your neck, shoulders, and flexing your back. Even gentle exercise requires stretching beforehand.

Lay your FLXT on the floor and kneel down to straddle it, positioning your body at or behind the halfway mark. Rotate the handles so they are facing away from your body and towards the floor.

Grip the handles and gently pull the FLXT off the floor and towards your body. If your are positioned correctly, you will be able to pull the FLXT directly towards your chest.

You should feel a stretch in your lower back and chest. Gently work the FLXT up and down in reps to exercise and stretch your target muscles. Adjust angle as needed.
