My Story

After the age of 50, there is a transformation that happens philosophically and physically. I suppose that is by design so proper adjustments are made for a healthy alignment. Hormonal changes disrupts the harmony between psyche and somatic. I had spine spine surgery and then breast surgeries convincing me an alignment was necessary. Diet and lifestyle modifications becomes a priority and an ongoing challenge. I do yoga, some meditation, walking outdoors, biking and when I have the luxury of time, riding a horse. But driving to the gym to move and lift weights, and run on those fancy equipment has never been me. I would rather listen to audiobook, knit or watch a good movie while I mend. It was during this period of recovery that FLXT was conceived. It is an accessible and affordable tool to restore flexibility and balance.
